There are both indoor and outdoor exhibitions.
How long can I stay at the museum?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 90-120 mins at the museum.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at the Snack House Cafe. You can explore the menu here.
Is there parking available? If yes, is it paid or free?
There is free parking available.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the museum shop.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
In the imag.org website and at the box office.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the museum.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, tickets are not specific to an individual but they must meet the criteria for the ticketing group (adult, student, etc). You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free as long as they meet the criteria. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps. GA tickets allow refunds for unredeemed tickets prior to the date. Memberships are non-refundable. Birthday parties, camps, field trips, group admissions and others each have their own refund/exchange policy.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please visit https://groups.theimag.org/. Group rates are for groups with a minimum of 15 and must have advanced reservations.

About access to the event
At what time do I need to arrive?
N/A for GA. Programs have various requirements.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, IMAG is an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
The IMAG History & Science Center and grounds (including parking lot) is a tobacco-free facility, there is no smoking or vaping allowed.
Do you offer carer tickets?
No.

We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications or refer to our digital map.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@theimag.org

Is there an age requirement? Are strollers and prams allowed?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free. Strollers are welcome.
